Manchester City have announced that Dutch defender Nathan Ake has joined Turkish side Fenerbahce, with the move still subject to international clearance.
Ake ends a six-year spell at the English club, during which he was part of one of the most successful periods in City’s modern history.
The 31-year-old gives Fenerbahce an experienced defensive option, bringing Premier League and Champions League pedigree to the Turkish club.
For Manchester City, the departure forms part of a wider squad reshaping process ahead of the new season.
