How to request deletion of your data
This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from Bath Mubasher services.
Overview
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If you want your account data removed from our systems, follow the options below.
Data we may retain
Depending on how you use the service, we may store the following data:
- Account information such as name, email, and profile photo
- Authentication identifiers from sign-in providers such as Facebook or Google
- Saved preferences and account settings
- Comments and chat interaction history
- Favorite teams, competitions, or matches
How to request deletion
Method 1: by email
Send your deletion request to the following email address and include:
- The email address linked to your account
- Your username, if available
- An optional reason for deletion

Method 2: from your account settings
If you are signed in, you can request deletion directly from your account settings.
- Go to the settings page
- Open account management
- Choose delete account
- Confirm the deletion request
What happens after your request?
- 1Request received: We will send confirmation that we received your request within 24 hours.
- 2Processing: The deletion request is usually processed within 7 business days.
- 3Deletion: Your personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems.
- 4Final confirmation: We will notify you when the deletion process is complete.
Data that will be deleted
- Personal account information such as name, email, and profile image
- Comments and messages associated with your account where deletion is technically supported
- Saved preferences and account settings
- Login history retained for account operations
- Any other personal data directly associated with your account
Exceptions
Some information may be retained for a limited time when required for:
- Legal or regulatory compliance
- Fraud prevention or dispute resolution
- Enforcement of our terms and policies
Where retention is required, data will be minimized, restricted, and removed once the legal retention period ends.
For Facebook users
If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove our app from your Facebook settings and request deletion through this page.
When Facebook notifies us of app removal, we will process the linked account data according to our deletion workflow.
