Colombia secured their place in the World Cup Round of 32 after a hard-fought 1-0 win over DR Congo in their second Group K match.
Daniel Munoz scored the decisive goal in the 76th minute, finally beating DR Congo goalkeeper Lionel Mpasi after a series of saves had kept the African side in the contest.
The victory moved Colombia to six points from two matches, following their opening win over Uzbekistan, and guaranteed progression before their final group game against Portugal.
DR Congo remain on one point and will need a positive result against Uzbekistan in the last round to keep their qualification hopes alive.
