Petrojet confirm Al Ahly interest in Badr Mousa and reject Tawfik loan exit

Petrojet have confirmed Al Ahly's interest in Badr Mousa and said they rejected a loan move for Tawfik Mohamed to Pyramids.

Petrojet football supervisor Mohamed Ayman has confirmed that Al Ahly are interested in signing Badr Mousa during the upcoming transfer window, while stressing that talks have not yet reached a final stage.

The club official said Petrojet have not set a definitive asking price so far, with the next step depending on whether Al Ahly decide to move formally and intensify negotiations in the summer.

On a related matter, Petrojet also reiterated that they previously rejected a loan approach from Pyramids for Tawfik Mohamed, making it clear that the club did not want to let the player leave on that basis.

That leaves both situations open heading into the market, with Petrojet expected to reassess their position if stronger offers arrive in the coming weeks.
